ANC does not work

Bought a pair of these because it was said that the ANC would cancel out the ambient noise.Found this not to be so. Took them back the following day to see if it was user error, and then it was noted that the ANC only works when making a phone call.The staff at the branch were excellent though, and refunded me on the purchase, and I bought another set of earphones.Sound quality and control on the earphones is really good though, and in hindsight I should have kept these vs the other option I went for, even though the ANC would be of no use for me personally.

ANC is great

I love using this at the Gym, so noisy and load. but since i got these ANC earphones i can gym in peace. find the zone and get pumped
